Boulder Summer Schedule:
Boulder/Fort Collins Summer Session I: June 5 - July 23 (no classes July 2-6)
Boulder Summer Session II July 24- September 10 (no class Labor Day)
Fort Collins Summer Session II: July 10- August 16 (for Tue/Wed/Thu classes) July 27 through August 25 for Fri/Sat classes)
Families may register for one or both Sessions (if registering for both sessions the second session is discounted - enter code MULTI30)

(Tuition for Music Together®Mixed Ages Includes two CD's, a songbook, new parent DVD and a musical growth chart).
(Tuition for Music Together Big Kids (returning in the fall) includes a CD, a special Big Kids Songbook, Solfege Cards and Weekly Homeplay Activity Pages).
Music Together® Mixed Ages (0-4) - Boulder and Fort Collins - 6 weeks (see above)45 minutes weekly: First Child: $123.00/Sibling Discounted Tuition $90.00 (siblings 8 months and younger are free! Registration Fee: $15.00 (which subsequently can be waived if registering for the next semester by the returning family discount deadline). Families can register for one or both summer sessions. The second session is discounted $30.00 if registering for both summer sessions. Enter code MULTI30 to receive this discount. (If you are taking the returning family discount by the discount deadline AND the multi-session discount, please contact Jane as the website will only process one discount at a time).
Music Together®Big Kids (5-7)- Boulder (returning Fall 2012)
Group Piano Classes (6-9) - Boulder - (returning Fall 2012)
To register for one of our classes as new family, please follow these simple steps:
- Visit our Full Class Schedule page.
- Choose the semester you are interested in registering for and click on the class of your choice.
- You will be prompted to either LOG IN or CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT.
- Choose CREATE NEW ACCOUNT and fill in the appropriate fields. Once your account has been created, you will be returned to your class choice.
- Choose your second choice class (required). If you cannot do a second choice time, indicate any arbitrary time but also indicate in the "comment" box that you can only do the time for which you are registering.
- Choose your registrant(s) or choose ADD NEW REGISTRANT
- Proceed through the checkout screens as indicated.
Some important notes about Registration and your Account:
Second Choice: If you are unable to attend a second choice, please select any class in this field and include more specific information in the ORDER COMMENT SECTION during your checkout process.
Class Confirmation: All class registrations are confirmed for the first choice unless otherwise notified by a member of our office staff.
Class Cancellations: We do reserve the right to cancel a class due to low enrollment. In this case, all registered families will be notified and given options to join their second choice class.
Discounts and Fees: All sibling discounts, coupon codes and registration fees will be applied at checkout.
Infant Siblings: If you have an infant sibling (under 8 months) who will be attending free with their registered older sibling, please note their Name and Birth date in the ORDER COMMENTS section of the checkout form.
Billing Information: You will be asked to provide accurate billing information during the checkout process even if you have updated your personal account information.
Accounts: All accounts are password protected and secure.
Registration Periods: Registrations are only accepted during the posted registration periods.
Some important notes about our Mountain Song Music Studio, Inc. Policies:
Registration Fees: There is a $15.00 registration fee for all classes. This registration fee can be waived for returning families by registering by the discount deadline for each upcoming semester. Summer 2012 returning family discount deadline is May 15th for Boulder and May 20th for Fort Collins. A "returning family" is any family who returns from the previous semester only. Please contact Jane Smolens for the Returning Family Discount Code.
Tuition Refund Policy: 100% refund if cancellation is received two weeks prior to the start of classes. No refunds after that date.
Returning Family Discount Policy: Returning families are eligible for a returning family discount by the registration deadline. A Returning Family is any family returning from the previous semester only. Please contact Jane Smolens for the appropriate discount code for online registration - jsmolens@mountainsongmusic.com.
Referral Discount Policy: Referrals are truly appreciated and families enjoy coming to class with friends and making friends in class! This policy below applies only to referred families who are new to Mountain Song Music Studio, Inc. Referred families can attend a different class day/time than the referring family but do need to attend within the same semester and register for the same class type. See discount structure below and contact Jane Smolens for the appropriate discount code to apply at registration:
Refer 1 Family = $10.00 off tuition price
Refer 2 Families = 15% off tuition price
Refer 3 Families = 50% off tuition price
Refer 4 Families = Your tuition is free!!
Moxie Mom Discount: We offer a 15% discount off the base tuition price to all Moxie Mom members during our fall, winter and spring semesters. This is for Music Together Classes only. Current/returning families need to register by the registration deadline to receive this discount. This discount is ongoing for new families. The Moxie Mom discount only applies toward the first child's tuition (since siblings are automatically discounted). If registering two children, please contact me directly for the amount and please pay by check in order to receive the appropriate discount (siblings are automatically discounted and the website only processes one discount at a time). Please include your Moxie Mom Membership number and date in the "comment" section when registering. You will be asked to enter a coupon code when registering. Please contact Jane Smolens for the appropriate coupon code - jsmolens@mountainsongmusic.com (or 303)413-1120).
Make Up Classes: Families may make up 2 classes during fall/winter/spring sessions and 1 class during the summer session as space is available. This is for Music Together ® Classes only. Please contact Jane Smolens @ jsmolens@mountainsongmusic.com to schedule a make up class. A "no show" to a scheduled make up may count as a make up unless cancellation is received within 24 hours prior to the make up class.
Snow Closure Policy: Classes will be cancelled if Boulder or Poudre Valley schools are closed. Please check your email and the outgoing message at the Mountain Song Music Studio phone at (303) 413-1120 or (970) 495-1120. In the event of class cancellation we will do our best to schedule an additional make up class or provide an extra opportunity for a make up class. We do not give refunds for cancelled classes due to inclement weather.
Boulder Piano Gallery Information: Children are invited to play on the pianos in the store before and after class. Parents please watch your children carefully and please no food or drink around the pianos!
Sick Child Policy: Please do not bring children with cough/cold/illness that is contagious. If you are uncertain, please contact your physician.
Older Sibling Drop-In: If there is a school holiday or extenuating circumstances, older siblings are welcome to drop in to class on a space available basis. The drop in fee is $10.00 per sibling per class.
